A teenage boy was knocked down by a car that fled the scene in Graham Road, Bexleyheath, near the Asda supermarket car park.

Shocking Incident at School Rush Hour

The collision happened around 4.20pm yesterday. The teen, believed to be a student at Bexleyheath Academy, was helped by members of the public immediately after the crash.

Family Rushed Him to Hospital

A relative later took the boy to hospital for treatment of a head injury. Police say they were not alerted at the time but have now launched an investigation into the hit-and-run.
