Two 17-year-old boys from the same town, who confessed to the identical violent offence on September 3, were each sentenced to six years. They will serve their time in a young offender institution. Their names remain under wraps, protected by law.
Lifetime Ban and Fines for Attackers
All three were sentenced last Friday at Leicester Crown Court. They are slapped with lifetime restraining orders, barring any direct or indirect contact with their victim—forever. Sharif faces a victim surcharge of £228, while the two teens must pay a £41 fine each.
