Celal Arslan Slapped with Massive Sentence
Celal Arslan, of Ditton Drive, Halewood, was sentenced to 20 years behind bars plus an additional five years on extended licence. The harsh ruling came down at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday, 20 March.
Serial Sex Offender Convicted on Multiple Charges
- 15 counts of sexual assault
- 2 counts of attempted rape
- 1 count of rape
On top of his prison time, Arslan must register as a sex offender for life, keeping him under constant police watch.
