Woman Seriously Injured After Hit by Car on Brockhurst Road, Gosport
Police shut down Brockhurst Road in both directions after a woman was hit by a car late Tuesday night. The crash happened just after 10:10pm on a busy Gosport main road.
Woman Hospitalised with Serious Head Injury
The victim was taken to hospital with a serious head wound after being struck by a blue 1 Zarfia vehicle. Witnesses say she may have been crossing from the bus stop when the crash occurred.
Scene Description & Police Appeal
The damaged car was left abandoned in the middle of the road with a smashed windscreen. Police have spoken to one person at the scene as part of their investigation.
