Wiltshire Police are in a desperate manhunt for a seventh suspect linked to a horrific sex crime involving a former Tory councillor. The man is wanted in connection with a sickening 13-year ordeal where Philip Young, a business consultant, allegedly drugged and raped his wife – aided by five other men.

Joanne Young, the courageous victim who has waived her anonymity, revealed the heartbreak and terror she endures daily.
“I jump constantly at noises, movements, and even shadows. I wake up having recurring nightmares that someone is there touching me, and although I am screaming, no sound comes out and nobody is coming to save me. I try to survive each day and hope the next one is better.”
Detective Sergeant Smith praised Joanne’s bravery and pleaded with the public for help:
“We appreciate these images may be unsettling, but we need anyone who recognises this man to come forward.”
Six Men Charged Alongside Former Husband in Sex Assault Ring
Philip Young, 48, faces 56 sexual offence charges, including multiple counts of rape linked to attacks on Joanne over more than a decade. Six others are also charged with offences ranging from rape to possession of extreme images.

Police Plea: ‘Help Us Nab This Monster’
Wiltshire Police want the public to be on high alert. The missing suspect is described as a large-built man with a tattoo on the left side of his chest, scars on the back of his head, hairy body, prominent lips, and balding with short or shaved hair as of 2022.
Officers warn he could be anywhere in the UK, urging anyone with information to call 101 quoting reference 54240080286. Anonymous tips can be passed to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
