Teen Girl Shot in Lewisham at Dawn
Police were scrambled at 3.11am on Saturday, 23 April after reports of a shooting on Lucas Street, SE14.
Armed Officers Respond to Incident
Specialist firearms teams joined the rush to the scene. A search led to a teenage woman found with a gunshot wound to her arm on Lewisham Way.
She was rushed to hospital, but thankfully her injuries are neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
Crime Scenes and Bullet Casings Under Investigation
Multiple crime scenes have been established. Officers have recovered several bullet casings, now sent for forensic analysis.
No arrests have been made yet. Police continue their enquiries and urge anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference CAD 942/23 Apr.
