Suspected Cocaine Dealer Busted in Tunbridge Wells Sting
A suspected drugs dealer was nabbed after cops seized more than 30 cocaine deals in Tunbridge Wells. Kent Police’s Proactive Targeting Team spotted the man acting suspiciously in Southborough on Thursday afternoon, 3 August.
Suspicious Audi A1 Stops Dead in Norton Road
At around 1.30pm, officers noticed an Audi A1 drive into Norton Road and stop at a dead end. They suspected a drug deal was about to go down. A search of the car uncovered 37 wraps of cocaine hidden in the roof cavity and door pocket, along with some cannabis. The driver was promptly arrested.
36-Year-Old Charged and Remanded
Ramarjo Shehi, 36, who is homeless, faces serious charges including possession of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis, driving without a licence, and without insurance. He appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 4 August and was remanded ahead of a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court, with the date still to be confirmed.
