He is set to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates Court at 10:00am on Saturday, 22 June. Two others – a 17-year-old boy from Merton and an 18-year-old man – were already charged on Sunday, 16 June.
Victim Stabbed in Broad Daylight

Hunt for Witnesses Continues
Detective Chief Inspector Helen Rance, leading the Homicide and Major Crime Command inquiry, urged the public to come forward. She said:
“This murder happened in broad daylight on a busy estate. We believe there are witnesses who haven’t yet spoken to us. It’s vital we piece together what happened so Cheyon’s family can find some answers.”
So far, eight arrests have been made as the investigation intensifies.
