Man Forced Into Car and Robbed in Beeston Horror

A man heading home was snatched, stuffed into a car, and robbed in Beeston in the early hours of August 12.

Quick-Thinking Police Nab Suspect

After the victim’s pockets were rifled, tobacco and food items stolen, he was pushed out a short 10 minutes later on Redwood Crescent.

Nottinghamshire Police launched an immediate probe. Just a week later, officers spotted a suspicious car cruising Nottingham’s The Park area.

They moved fast, arresting the 41-year-old driver on suspicion of robbery within minutes.

Investigation Ongoing – Police Call for Witnesses

“The force takes all reports of robbery extremely seriously,” said Detective Inspector Simon Harrison.

“We’re committed to cracking down on violence, keeping communities safe, and getting justice for victims. Thanks to excellent police work, a suspect has already been questioned. Our investigation continues.”
