Liquid Spray Assault Leaves Victims Injured

Just after 1 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, chaos erupted on Mansion Street, Margate, where a man sprayed a mysterious liquid — believed to be a powerful alkali — at people nearby. Two victims suffered facial injuries, while two others were left with skin irritation and redness on their face and chest.

Police swooped on the scene and seized a bottle suspected to contain the corrosive substance.

Investigation Underway – Police Urge Witnesses to Step Forward

The suspect was arrested on Monday, November 11, and remains in custody as detectives dig deeper.
