Woman Brutally Attacked in Maidstone: Police Hunt Man in CCTV

Detectives are on the hunt after a vicious assault rocked Maidstone in the early hours. Just after 1am on Tuesday 16 April 2019, a teenage woman was walking near Lower Stone Street when she spotted a stranger lurking at the Mote Road junction.

The man casually strolled past her on Upper Stone Street, then slipped down Waterloo Street. But the nightmare was far from over.

Shocking Attack on Loose Road

As the woman reached Park Way, the same man sneaked up from behind, grabbed her hand, and punched her right in the face. When she hit the floor, he landed more blows—until she screamed and fought back. He fled along Park Way, leaving her with serious facial injuries. She was rushed to hospital for treatment.
