Violent Football Fans Spark Brutal Station Brawl
Chaos erupted at 7.50pm on Saturday 9 April as a group of men returning from a football match caused mayhem outside the station.
Lewd Comments Trigger Savage Attack
The trouble began when these men made inappropriate remarks to a woman. Another group challenged them, sparking a violent clash.
- One man headbutted a rival.
- He then punched a woman, shattering her jaw.
- A bystander trying to step in was struck over the head with a bag full of alcohol cans.
