Shocker on Portsmouth Beach: Man Caught Stripping and Doing Indecent Act in Front of Woman
Police are hunting for witnesses after a man brazenly performed an indecent act on Eastney Beach, Portsmouth. The incident happened around 6pm on July 14, near the Frazer Range site, when a 25-year-old woman was out for a walk alone.
Man Tricks Woman to Snap Photo – Then Strips Off
The man approached the woman, asking her to take his photo. When she agreed and lifted her camera, he suddenly stripped naked and committed the lewd act. The shocked woman quickly left the scene while the man made off towards Fort Cumberland Road.
Police Describe Suspect and Appeal for Witnesses
The victim was unharmed but left visibly distressed. The suspect is described as:
- Tanned skin
- Aged 20-25
- About 5ft 6ins tall
- Slim but toned build
- Short, spiky black hair
- Wearing aviator sunglasses, black jacket and trousers
- Carrying a rucksack and a Samsung mobile phone
Sergeant Dean Juster said: “This is a rare occurrence in this area and has caused considerable distress to the victim. We are anxious to speak to anyone who may have seen this man on the beach.”
Fishing Crowd May Hold Key to Catching Pervert
The victim believes several people were fishing nearby. Police are urging those anglers or any other witnesses to come forward. Any information, no matter how small, could help track down this creep.
