Teen Stabbed to Death in Highbury Fields Night Tragedy
Police were scrambled to Highbury Fields, N5, just before 9pm on Thursday, 4 August, after reports of a stabbing shocked local residents.
15-Year-Old Boy Dies After Brutal Attack
Officers and London Ambulance crews rushed to the scene where a 15-year-old boy was found with stab wounds. Medics tried to save him but he tragically died shortly after being rushed to hospital.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. Authorities have not yet released his identity.
Murder Investigation Underway
Detective Chief Inspector Joanna Yorke has launched a full murder probe. She said, “My team is working hard to piece together the timeline of events that led to this tragic loss of a young life.”
She added, “We still need information from people who witnessed what happened. Did you attend? Did you record anything? Do you know who was responsible for the victim’s attack? Please do the right thing and share what you know, even if your information appears insignificant.”
