Child Believed Trapped in Serious Crash on A406 North Circular in Chingford

Emergency services are currently on the scene of a serious road traffic collision on the A406 North Circular Road in Chingford. The incident, which occurred earlier today around 11:50 am, has reportedly left at least one person trapped, with a child believed to be among those injured. The Collision involves several vehicles.

The London Ambulance Service (LAS) is on-site, and the  London Air Ambulance Helicopter (HEMS) has been dispatched to assist in the response efforts.       Traffic along the A406 is heavily impacted, and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.   Updates on the condition of those involved and the status of the rescue operation are expected to follow.
