Thief caught on CCTV after stealing trade card and splashing £3,000 in B&Q stores
Police are hunting a dim-witted crook caught on CCTV using a stolen trade card to nab building and plumbing gear worth £3,000. The card belongs to a small Portsmouth business and was used at B&Q branches in Portsmouth, Havant, Titchfield, and Southampton between Wednesday 27 February and Monday 4 March.
