Three Arrested in Neasden Murder Probe
Detectives have arrested three men after a grisly murder in Neasden. Police were called to Lovett Way, NW10, at 8:16pm on Monday, 25 November, where a body was found in a communal area behind the premises.
Victim Pronounced Dead at Scene
The victim, a 38-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed, but formal identification is still pending. Initially treated as unexplained, the case is now a murder investigation. A post-mortem was carried out on 28 November at Northwick Park mortuary.
Cause of Death Still Unclear
Police have not revealed the cause of death for operational reasons but have confirmed it’s not believed to be a stabbing or shooting.
Arrests Made Across London and Norfolk
- A 41-year-old man was arrested in Norfolk on 29 November on suspicion of murder. He’s currently on bail until late December.
- A 48-year-old man was swooped on in Cricklewood on 30 November, also arrested for murder. He’s on bail until late December.
- A 47-year-old man was picked up in Lambeth on 5 December for assisting an offender; he’s bailed until early January.
Homicide detectives from the Specialist Crime Command are leading the probe, backed by North West Command Unit officers.
