Knife-Wielding Man Sparks Panic at Nottingham Pub
Chaos erupted at The Pelican in Bilborough when a man stormed in brandishing a weapon just after 9pm on March 5. Police rushed to Bracebridge Drive after the suspect, believed to have fought outside moments earlier, caused fear inside the venue.
One Injured in Frightening Incident
The violent spree left one man with a minor hand injury. Thankfully, no serious harm was done. But officers warn the episode could have ended much worse.
Police Launch Hunt for Suspect
PC Lewis Bullmore of Nottinghamshire Police said: “This was a frightening incident that could very easily have resulted in a serious injury. We have been working hard to track down the person responsible but would now like to appeal to the public for help.”
He described the suspect as a large-built man, wearing blue trainers and sporting a chinstrap beard. Police have released images and urge anyone with information to come forward.
