19-Year-Old Charged with Attempted Murder After Shocking Shooters Hill Stabbing
Man to Face Court Over Brutal Attack
- Oquaine Simpson, 19, from Dacres Road, SE23, was hit with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon charges on Thursday, 9 January.
- He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today (9 January).
What Went Down on Prince Imperial Road
- The stabbing happened around 4:20pm on Monday, 6 January, on Prince Imperial Road, SE18.
- Police arrived to find an 18-year-old man with stab wounds in a critical state.
- The victim has since been stabilised in hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening and non-life-changing.
Further Arrests and Investigation Underway
- A 17-year-old female was also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and conspiracy to murder.
- She has been bailed while inquiries continue.
