A 16-year-old boy has died after a “medical episode” at Barry Island Pleasure Park, sparking a police probe and the arrest of a 15-year-old on suspicion of assault.
The victim, named as Taha Soomro from Grangetown, Cardiff, was pronounced dead at the scene on Friday evening despite desperate efforts by paramedics and an air ambulance crew.
