Man Attacked and Stalked Before Hospital Visit in Shocking Assault
Just after midnight on Tuesday 15th March 2022, a man in his 30s was leaving a property on Napier Road when he was suddenly attacked. Without warning, the suspect struck the victim, causing facial injuries that needed hospital treatment.
Suspect Chases Victim to Hospital and Vandalises Car
The terrifying ordeal didn’t end there. As the victim drove to Medway Maritime Hospital, the suspect allegedly followed him closely along Napier Road, Canterbury Street, and Montgomery Road. The attack continued even at the hospital, where the suspect is accused of damaging the victim’s car on hospital grounds.
Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Kent Police launched a thorough investigation, reviewing CCTV footage and carrying out forensic checks at the scene. They are now appealing for anyone with information to step forward, especially anyone with dashcam footage from the hospital, Canterbury Street, or Napier Road.
