Man Arrested for Cruelty
An 18-year-old from Radford was hauled in by officers over the shocking abuse. The RSPCA has also been alerted and is involved in the case.
Ongoing Investigation
Authorities are racing to track down the abused dog and fully piece together what happened. Chief Inspector Chris Pearson slammed the violence, saying:
“These videos uploaded to social media were truly appalling. Officers acted fast to find the person responsible, and we have now arrested an 18-year-old man. Investigations are still underway, and he remains in police custody.”
