Police were called to Leigh Park on Sunday (8 July) after a major public order incident rocked the area. Officers say multiple people were involved in reckless driving and cycling, including speeding the wrong way down roads and blocking traffic.
Two Arrested Over Violent Disorder
A 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy, both from Havant, have been arrested. They face charges of violent disorder and grievous bodily harm. The teenager is also accused of assaulting a police officer. Both suspects have been released on bail but remain under investigation.
Police Seek Witnesses
Another 19-year-old Havant man was arrested but later released with no further action. Police are urging anyone who saw the chaos or has information to come forward.
