Man Arrested in Jamaica Over NW10 Murder Flown Back to UK

Stasious Scott, 34, from Fishlock Court SW4, was arrested in Jamaica on Tuesday, 24 January. He was flown back to the UK on Thursday, 23 March and charged with murder and perverting the course of justice.

Another Man Also Faces Justice Over Justin’s Death

Scott appeared at the Central Criminal Court on Monday, 27 March alongside Robert Shorter, 46, of Ranelagh Road, Wembley. Shorter was arrested back in December 2019 and charged by post with perverting the course of justice.

A provisional trial date is set for both men in September 2023. Scott remains in custody.

Police Probe over Justin’s November 2019 Death Continues

The victim, 38-year-old Justin, was found dead in a communal area behind Lovett Way, NW10 on 25 November 2019 at around 8:16am. Prior to this, three people have already been convicted and jailed for perverting the course of justice linked to Justin’s death.

Justin’s family have been informed of the latest developments.
