Pervert Jailed for Assaulting Schoolboys at Train Station
Nicky Fallows, 37, from Greenfields, was slammed with a 24-week prison sentence at Warrington Magistrates Court on Friday, June 10. The vile attack happened last September 7, leaving kids traumatised.
Shocking School Tie Assault and Sick Taunts
Fallows launched a disgusting assault on three boys, aged 12 to 13. He hit one with a school tie, yanked another’s hair, and spat homophobic abuse. But it didn’t stop there.
- He twerked right in one boy’s face.
- He exposed his pubic hair to all three children.
- One boy was so traumatised he refused to go to school the next day.
Prosecutor Joshua Sanderson-Kirk revealed the sick details. Fallows showed up at the station just before 3pm and learned the next train was 40 minutes away. When a group of schoolkids lay on a bench, Fallows sneered, “I thought you were raping him there.”
He then hurled a school tie at one boy, grabbed him, and taunted, “Do you want me to f**k him up for you?”
Fallows exposed himself, bragging about his “facial hair” and calling one boy gay. Then, in a bizarre and filthy move, he twerked into a boy’s face — before police swooped and arrested him.
Violent Past: Assault on Former Partner Also Revealed
Fallows also pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting and pushing his ex-partner in March this year. The attack happened after she invited him over out of pity due to his gas being cut off. He even damaged her car.
Magistrates Brand Attack ‘Appalling’
The court didn’t hold back. The chair of the magistrates said:
“These were schoolchildren. You attacked them verbally, physically, and psychologically, to the point where one of them didn’t want to go to school the next day.”
Fallows must now serve 24 weeks behind bars for his sickening behaviour.
