Shock Kidnap in Broad Daylight: Man Dragged from Vehicle in High Street Car Park

On Saturday 17 April 2021, a man was viciously attacked and kidnapped in a quiet car park off the High Street. Around 2.15pm, the victim was in his Ford Transit flatbed truck when two men approached him. He was punched in the face, dragged from his vehicle, and forced into a car the suspects had arrived in.

Terrifying Ordeal and Shocking Threats

The suspects didn’t stop there. They drove the victim to various locations, hurling threats demanding he hand over another vehicle he owned. The chilling incident left the victim shaken as police launched their investigation.

CCTV Snaps Crucial Suspect Linked to South East London

Kent Police have now released CCTV images of a man they believe could hold the key to cracking the case. Authorities suspect he has ties to south east London and are eager to hear from anyone who recognises him.

Man Arrested and Charged – Court Date Pending

On 22 April, police arrested 29-year-old Danny Frankham of Water Lane, Harrietsham. He faces charges of kidnap and two counts of blackmail.

Frankham appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court the next day and was remanded in custody. His next court hearing date is yet to be announced.
