Bin-Throwing Blunder Lands Cop in Court
The drama kicked off when PC Booker-Keep was arrested on January 2, 2022, for criminal damage caused during an off-duty incident. He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on June 8, receiving a three-month conditional discharge, £85 court costs, and a £22 victim surcharge.
Police Probe Leads to Professional Ban

Now, PC Booker-Keep is slapped on the College of Policing’s Barred List. This means he’s banned from working for any police force, local policing bodies, the IOPC, or HMIC—effectively wiping him off the law enforcement map.
