Toddler Falls From Building in Poplar – Hospitalised
Emergency services rushed to East India Dock Road, Poplar, just before 7pm on Monday after reports of a child falling from a residential building.
Child Airlifted to Hospital
The youngster, believed to be a toddler, was swiftly taken to hospital. Authorities have yet to release an update on the child’s condition.
Road Closures and Police Appeal
Police remain at the scene, with road closures at the junction of Chrisp Street and Newby Place causing traffic disruption. Motorists are urged to find alternative routes.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash cam footage is urged to contact police on 101 immediately.
