Man to Face Court Over Brutal DLR Station Murder

Charged Over Killing of Teen at Crossharbour

A 21-year-old man is set to appear in court charged with the murder of 19-year-old Muhammed Samir Uddin. The shocking attack also left an 18-year-old seriously injured at Crossharbour DLR station on 10 July.

Suspect Remanded in Custody

Hamza Hoque, from Manchester Road in Tower Hamlets, has been remanded in custody. He will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning (14 July).

Victim and Witness Appeal

The 18-year-old survived the attack but remains in hospital in a serious yet stable condition.
