Chichester Burglar Busted After £30k Heist at Crew Clothing
Andrew Irvine, 51, from Green Lane, Chichester, has been slammed with 15 months behind bars for a daring burglary at the Crew Clothing store on South Street.
Nighttime Raid Nets Over 100 Pairs of Jeans
The raid took place at around 10pm on December 13, 2023. Irvine broke into the shop and made off with nearly £30,000 worth of stock, including more than 100 pairs of jeans.
Swift Police Action Leads to Arrest and Conviction
Officers acted fast after the break-in was reported. They nabbed Irvine at his home and he was convicted at Portsmouth Crown Court on April 9. A clear win for local law enforcement in the fight against crime.
