Knife-Wielding Man Sparks Panic in Kennington Street at 1am

Kennington’s Bybrook Road was plunged into fear early Friday morning after a man was spotted roaming the street armed with a knife. At around 1am on 22nd November 2024, witnesses reported a man pacing aggressively, threatening to “give someone one in the neck.”
Terrifying Taxi Chase
The knife-wielding suspect reportedly blocked a taxi on the road, brandishing his weapon before chasing after the vehicle. Locals described the tense scene as “scary” and are urging all residents to stay alert when out in the dark.
Police and Community Alert
Kent Police were called to the scene, but it is not yet confirmed if the man was caught. Officers are asking anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to come forward immediately.
