Teen Boy Suffered Head Injury in Ilford Assault

Police were scrambled to Elgin Road, Ilford at 7.27am on Saturday, 16 October after reports of a 16-year-old boy assaulted and suffering a head injury.
Witnesses say the attack happened right at the entrance to Barking Park, stirring alarm in the early morning quiet.
Victim Rushed to Hospital
Officers arrived swiftly alongside London Ambulance Service paramedics. The injured teen was rushed to an east London hospital for urgent treatment. His current condition remains unknown.
