Man Caught in Shocking Teen Crimes
Sabjan Burkazi, 30, from Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, has pleaded guilty to chilling offences at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. On Monday, 9 February, Burkazi admitted stalking a teenage girl, performing sexual acts in front of a child, and possessing indecent images of children.
Frightening Alleyway Attack
Last August 18, Burkazi lunged at the teenager in a dark Tunstall alley. He tried dragging her towards his home, but she fought back hard. A passerby spotted the assault, forcing Burkazi to flee. Police later caught him at his address.
Months of Relentless Stalking
Further investigations uncovered months of Burkazi stalking the girl. He repeatedly confronted her on the street, demanding her phone number and social media contacts—demands she firmly refused every time.
Disturbing Hoard of Illegal Images
Officers found indecent images of children on Burkazi’s phone. The mounting evidence led to his swift arrest and court appearance. He remains in custody, awaiting sentencing on 24 February at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
