Two Men Set to Face Jail for Daring Knife-Point Robberies in Edgware

Two men have been found guilty of terrifying a string of victims at knifepoint in Edgware. Abdulahi Sharif Mohamed, 20, and a 17-year-old male from Wembley pleaded guilty to multiple robberies that shook the local community in May.

Knife Threats and Violent Attacks

Mohamed admitted robbing three men on May 8, 17, and 20, targeting victims aged 25 to 50 as they headed home from the tube station. One was menaced with a knife, while another was brutally attacked and needed hospital treatment.

Teen Culprit Also Pleads Guilty

The 17-year-old defendant, named for legal reasons, confessed to robberies on May 8 and 17, including an incident where a victim was threatened with a knife. The pair struck in a secluded pathway between Farm Road and Brook Avenue, snatching phones and wallets.

Sentencing Date Set

Both offenders are set to be sentenced at Harrow Crown Court on August 22. Residents will be watching closely as justice is served for the victims of these violent crimes.
