Police Hunt Woman Over Portsmouth Burglary and Assault
Police are on the lookout for a woman linked to an aggravated burglary on Sultan Road, Portsmouth. The incident happened shortly after 2pm on Monday, 17 August.
Victim Attacked, Phones Stolen
A man and woman broke into a property where the 39-year-old homeowner was punched. The victim suffered bruising to his face as the pair stole mobile phones before fleeing.
Who Is She?
Witnesses describe the woman seen nearby as:
- In her late twenties
- About 5ft tall
- Medium build
- Long dark hair
- Wearing a black skirt, red top, cream-coloured scarf, and large brown sunglasses
Police Appeal for Information
Acting Detective Inspector Richard Gibson said: “This is an unusual incident, and we have not received any similar reports in the area. I’m hoping someone will recognise the woman pictured or saw her around the time to help us push our enquiries forward.”
