Two men caught on CCTV vandalising the WhiteCliffs Café in Saltdean just after midnight on 4 December have left staff fuming. Workers discovered the damage early this morning when they opened up.

Police reviewing the footage saw one suspect brandishing a sizeable 8-10 inch knife. The pair viciously slashed two beer lines, putting the popular café’s pint service out of action.

Sussex Police have visited the scene and launched a manhunt. Officers are appealing to anyone who might recognise the suspects by their gait, posture, or mannerisms—even if their faces are unclear.
