Nine-year-old Olivia was shot dead at her Liverpool home on Monday night, triggering a huge murder investigation. Police are scrambling to track down her killer.
Family Mourns ‘Unique, Chatty, Nosey’ Olivia
Olivia’s family described her as a one-of-a-kind, lively little girl who loved life and all its joys. “Liv adored dressing up, was picky about her look, and loved doing her makeup and nails,” they said. She was always out riding her new birthday bike up and down the street. Despite her young age, Olivia’s sparkling wit and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
“We are heartbroken and have lost a huge part of our lives,” the family added, urging anyone with information to come forward. “This isn’t about being a snitch. It’s about finding the person who stole our baby. PLEASE DO WHAT IS RIGHT.” They thanked the public for worldwide support and praised Merseyside Police along with Alder Hey and Aintree hospital staff for their efforts.
Police Hunt Relentless as Suspect Still at Large
On Thursday, Merseyside Police’s Detective Chief Superintendent Mark Kameen insisted the man behind this “brutal, callous, thoughtless attack” remains free, having failed to surrender.
“My message to him remains the same: We will not rest until we find you – and we will find you.”
The force continues its tireless search, determined to bring justice for young Olivia and her devastated family.
