The BBC crushed it this Christmas, snagging six of the top ten most-watched shows – including the entire top five. Viewers flocked to BBC One all day, tipping the channel to be the biggest of the day and growing its viewing share year-on-year.

BBC One didn’t just dominate traditional TV – it trumped the whole SVOD market combined on Christmas Day. Over a quarter of all broadcast viewing was on the channel, proving the BBC remains the UK’s go-to entertainment hub for the holidays.
