Early this morning just before 2am, emergency crews rushed to North Parade in Horsham after a car smashed through a steel fence and ended up in the park.

The vehicle had left the road near Ravevescroft Crescent and landed awkwardly over the steel barrier. Eyewitnesses reported the scene as baffling and tricky for responders to handle.
Passerby Spots Car Still Stuck Hours Later
“It was still there at 3am when I drove past. They looked like they were scratching their heads trying to get it out,” said one witness. “Someone’s going to be upset — it was a brand new 22 plate. Hope they were okay.”
