BBC’s DIY SOS Set to Revamp Grove Park Family Home in April 2025

The hit BBC show DIY SOS, led by Nick Knowles, is gearing up for a massive home makeover in Grove Park (SE12) next spring. From April 2 to April 10, 2025, the crew will transform a local family’s rundown house into a comfortable, functional haven.

Calling All Local Trades and Volunteers!

Organisers want builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, decorators, landscapers, and suppliers to step up and pitch in by donating time, skills, or materials. A vital briefing session is scheduled for March 18, 2025, to get everyone ready before the build kicks off.

“We need support from tradespeople, volunteers, and suppliers by donating skills and materials. Your generosity will help transform the lives of a local family by completely renovating their current space into a usable and fit-for-purpose home.”

“We offer a unique on-site experience, full catering, and the joy of volunteering with your community. Come and join Nick and the team on-site for as many days as you can possibly help with.”

How to Get Involved

If you’re a local pro or a keen volunteer, don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to work alongside the experienced DIY SOS team and give back to your community. The grand reveal is on April 10, 2025, when the family will see their stunning new home.
