Teen Motorcyclist Dies After Crash on A27
Emergency crews rushed to the A27 at Crockhurst Hill, Salvington, around 9.25pm on Friday, November 18, after a motorcycle collision. Despite their efforts, 17-year-old India Buchanan from Rustington sadly passed away in hospital.
Family’s Heartbreaking Tribute
India’s family described her as a “kind and caring” girl with an infectious laugh who loved making others happy. They said: “She was a motorcycle enthusiast and animal lover who adored her beloved cat Elsa. She will be forever missed as a daughter, sister, niece, and auntie to Dexter.”
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Specially trained officers are supporting the devastated family while investigations continue. Sussex Police urge anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage from the time of the crash to come forward.
