Family Pleads for Donations to Give Billy a ‘Best Send-Off’
Billy’s sister described him as “so lovely, caring and with the biggest smile.” She said:
“Unfortunately, on the 24th of March 2025 we received the worst news ever. My baby brother was struck by a train and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was only 20 – still a baby.
He was such a loved boy, so lovely and caring, and had the biggest smile. He would do anything for anyone.
We’ve lost the biggest part of our life. We are now left completely in shock and heartbroken. We are absolutely shattered and can’t make any sense of why this has happened.”
The family has set up a fundraising page to help cover funeral expenses, urging the public: “Please can you donate anything to give our Billy boy the best send-off – he deserves the world.”
