At around 3:15 PM last Thursday, the Shoreham inshore lifeboat sprang into action following reports of a vulnerable person struggling in the water near Brighton’s West Pier.
Swift Rescue by RNLI Volunteers
The RNLI volunteer crew quickly located the individual and brought them aboard safely. The rescued person was rushed ashore and handed over to emergency services, including Secamb paramedics, Sussex Police, and the Shoreham Coastguard.
