The victim was assaulted and robbed of his festival ticket, bank cards, bus pass, cash, Air Bud headphones, and a red iPhone. The attack unfolded in Jemmett Road’s Victoria Park, turning what should’ve been a simple meet-up into a nightmare.

Two Suspects Arrested but Police Still Want Witnesses

Police have arrested an 18-year-old Ashford man and a 17-year-old from Canterbury on suspicion of robbery. Both were released on bail as investigations continue.

Officers are urging witnesses to come forward, especially a woman who shouted for help and a man who offered the victim money and help to get home safely.
