Stabbing Attack at Asda in Ashford

Police have descended on an Asda store following reports of a stabbing. Officers from uk/where/kent-places/">kent.police.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Kent police" link="linked" id="89308">Kent police attended the store on kimberley/">Kimberley Way in Ashford since just after 6.30am on Tuesday(November 26). https:///youtu.be/ePVTyRUvaAE Scene of crime officers have spent the morning carrying out examinations of a number of area within the store. Dustbins at the entrance of the store have also been tapped up with grey plastic and police tape.

  Staff at the Asda have refused to comment on the but did confirm the shop is still open to customers Witnesses are being sought following a report of a man being assaulted in Ashford. A spokesman for Kent Police said that they were called to a car park near Kimberley Walk at 6.25am on Tuesday 26 November 2019 where a man was found with injuries consistent with stab wounds.  He was taken to a local hospital by the South East Coast Ambulance service for treatment. Officers are carrying out enquiries at the scene to establish the circumstances of the incident. Anyone who witnessed the assault or has information about it, and has not yet spoken to an officer, is urged to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/225922/19.
