Body Discovered Near Waterworks Roundabout
A month later, on Friday 24 March, a body was uncovered in a wooded patch near The Waterworks Roundabout on Woodford New Road, E4.
Identity Confirmed by DNA – Cause of Death Unknown
Following a post-mortem on 30 March, DNA tests confirmed the remains were Sydney Piper’s. The cause of death remains unexplained but is not being treated as suspicious.
Family Informed of Tragic News
Authorities have notified Mr Piper’s family, who are now coming to terms with this sad development.
