A man has been charged following a serious collision on the M4 last October that claimed the lives of a mother and daughter.

Cheryl Woods, 61, and Sarha Smith, 40, both from 1, died in a multi-vehicle crash between junction 17 (Chippenham) and junction 18 (Bath) on October 20, 2023.

Driver Faces Death by Dangerous Driving Charges

Firas Zeineddine, 45, of Bluebell Drive, Keynsham, has been charged with two counts of death by dangerous driving. Wiltshire Police confirmed Zeineddine will appear in court at a later date.
