Man Stabbed to Death in Ilford Late Night Attack
Police rushed to Springfield Drive, Ilford just after 1.25am on Saturday, 19 March following reports of a stabbing. A man in his 30s was found fatally wounded at a residential address.
Despite efforts by officers and the London Ambulance Service, the victim died at the scene.
Two Arrested After Fatal Stabbing
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody. Their identities have not been released.
The Met’s Specialist Crime Command homicide team is leading the probe. Detective inquiries into the full circumstances are ongoing.
