Serious Crash Shuts Gosport Road as Air Ambulance Scrambles
Emergency services have closed part of Nobes Avenue in Gosport after a major collision between a moped and a car this Sunday evening.
Chaos Unfolds Just After 5.30pm
The crash happened shortly after 5.30pm involving a white VW Polo and a moped. The rider suffered serious injuries.
Air Ambulance Touches Down on Gregson Avenue
South Central ambulance crews, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Roads Policing officers, and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance rushed to the scene. The air ambulance landed on the green at Gregson Avenue to assist the injured rider.
Police have sealed off Nobes Avenue as investigations continue. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
