Police Hunt Troublemakers After Wembley Chaos

After the Sunday showdown on 11 July, officers dived into hundreds of hours of CCTV and bodycam footage from Wembley Stadium and key spots across London.

The painstaking probe is ongoing, aiming to spot more suspects and uncover any other offences linked to the disorder.

Met Police Vow to Hold Culprits to Account

Detective Sergeant Matt Simpson of the Met’s Public Order Crime Team said: “After the scenes of disorder at Wembley and central London, we promised those responsible would face consequences.

“Today’s action targets those we believe have questions to answer. If you recognise them, get in touch now.

“This case is just getting started. Expect more appeals and arrests soon.

“We also back police nationwide in tracking down those behind racist and offensive social media comments.”
